Merkmale<\/h2>\n

1. Unter Druck stehendes quantitatives Dosierventil, ein Typ mit direkter Druckwirkung.
\nDas von der Pumpe gef\u00f6rderte Druck\u00f6l versetzt den im Dosierventil eingebauten Kolben in Bewegung und bewirkt so die Abgabe der Schmierstoffmenge.
\nBei Pumpenstillstand wird der Kolben des Dosierteils durch die Federkraft zur\u00fcckgestellt, d.h. die Schmierstoffmenge wird gespeichert.
\n2. Genaue Entladung, der Dosierteil wird nur einmal in einem Zyklus entladen und der Abstand zueinander im System, ob weit, nah, hoch oder niedrig, horizontale oder vertikale Installation, hat keinen Einfluss auf die Entladung.
\n3. Zwangsentladung, sensible Wirkung. Zwei Dichtungen verhindern, dass das Entladen zur\u00fcckflie\u00dft.
\n4. Dosierventile k\u00f6nnen entsprechend den Anforderungen der einzelnen Schmierstellen ausgew\u00e4hlt und in Kombination mit der MGJ-Verbindung entweder in Reihe oder parallel verwendet werden.
\n5. H\u00fclsentyp: \u03a64-Nylonrohr muss mit PA-4-Verbindung und PB-4-Doppelkegelh\u00fclse kombiniert werden. Schnellstecktyp: \u03a64-Nylonrohr kann eingesteckt werden.
\n6. Gilt f\u00fcr Fette der Klasse NLGI 000# und 00#.<\/p>\n

Anwendung<\/h2>\n

Spezielle Verteiler f\u00fcr Einleitungs-Druckentlastungs-Fettschmiersysteme werden h\u00e4ufig in mechanischen Ger\u00e4ten eingesetzt, die eine pr\u00e4zise Schmierung erfordern, wie z. B.
