Besonderheit<\/h2>\n

Bei Ausfall der Schmierpumpe wird der Kolben des Dosierelements durch die Federkraft zur\u00fcckgestellt, d.h. die Schmierstoffmenge wird abgemessen und gespeichert.
\nDie \u00d6labgabemenge des MUK-Verteilers ist genau. Das Dosierelement gibt \u00d6l nur einmal in einem \u00d6lversorgungszyklus ab, und der Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Elementen im Schmiersystem ist weit, nah, hoch, niedrig, horizontal oder vertikal. Die Verschiebung des Dosierelements hat keine Auswirkung.
\nDie Abgabewirkung des Verteilers erfolgt empfindlich und durch den Einsatz von zwei Dichtungen wird ein Zur\u00fcckflie\u00dfen des abgegebenen Schmierstoffs verhindert.<\/p>\n

Anwendung<\/h2>\n

Druck: Wenn die elektrische Schmierpumpe oder die manuelle Schmierpumpe arbeitet, erzeugt das Schmiersystem Druck.
\nDosierung: Im Dosierventil befindet sich ein Kolben oder eine Schraube, die durch Druck und Feder eingestellt werden kann. Wenn das System l\u00e4uft, bewegt der Druck den Kolben oder die Schraube und dr\u00fcckt eine bestimmte Menge Fett in die Verteilungsleitung.
\nVerteilung: Jeder Zyklus des Dosierventils verteilt das im Dosierventil gespeicherte Fett an die Ger\u00e4te oder Teile, die geschmiert werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n
