Besonderheit<\/h2>\n

Die BSB-Pumpe besteht aus Doppelkolbenventilen und einem \u00d6ltank und wird von einem Wechselstrommotor angetrieben. Die Drehbewegung des Motors wird durch ein Exzenterrad in eine Hin- und Herbewegung des Kolbens umgewandelt, wodurch der Prozess des \u00d6lsaugens und -drucks erreicht wird. Diese Pumpe kann sowohl f\u00fcr Zweileitungsschmiersysteme als auch f\u00fcr Einleitungs-Progressivsysteme verwendet werden. Die Pumpe sollte in der Mitte des Systems installiert werden und in der Lage sein, bis zu 1000 Schmierstellen mit Fett zu versorgen. Die Gesamtl\u00e4nge vom Pumpenauslass bis zum entferntesten Ende der Hauptleitung sollte auf 100 m begrenzt sein.

Anwendung<\/h2>\n

Industriemaschinen: Schmierpumpen der BSB-Serie k\u00f6nnen zur Mehrpunktschmierung an gro\u00dfen mechanischen Ger\u00e4ten wie Pressen, Walzwerken und Spritzgussmaschinen eingesetzt werden.
\nStahlwerke: Der Schmierstoffbedarf im Stahlproduktionsprozess ist ziemlich hoch und BSB-Fettpumpen k\u00f6nnen den normalen Betrieb der Ger\u00e4te sicherstellen.
\nBergbaumaschinen arbeiten meist unter rauen Bedingungen. BSB-Pumpen k\u00f6nnen nur dazu beitragen, eine geeignete Schmierung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und so die Lebensdauer zu verl\u00e4ngern.
\nPapierfabriken: Bei der Herstellung von Papptellern ist eine st\u00e4ndige Schmierung der Maschinen erforderlich, damit die Produktion effizient abl\u00e4uft. Diese Anforderung k\u00f6nnen BSB-Pumpen erf\u00fcllen.
