Besonderheit<\/h2>\n

Das 2-Positionen-2-Wege-Wegeventil vom Typ SAV verwendet einen Gleichstrommotor, um den Ventilkern anzutreiben. Es handelt sich um ein integriertes Umkehrsteuerger\u00e4t, das die \u00d6lversorgungsleitung \u00f6ffnet und schlie\u00dft oder die \u00d6lversorgungsrichtung umschaltet. Selbst unter rauen Arbeitsbedingungen (wie niedrige Temperaturen oder hochviskoses Fett) ist die Funktion immer noch recht zuverl\u00e4ssig. Dieses Ventil eignet sich f\u00fcr den Einsatz in Zentralschmiersystemen mit trockenem und d\u00fcnnem \u00d6l mit Nenndr\u00fccken unter 40 MPa und in Hauptabzweigleitungen von Hydrauliksystemen. Es kann auch in drei Typen verwendet werden: 2-Positionen-4-Wege, 2-Positionen-3-Wege und 2-Positionen-2-Wege.<\/p>\n

Anweisung<\/h2>\n

1. Das Ventil sollte am vorderen Ende der gesteuerten Haupt- und Nebenleitungen des Systems installiert werden und sich an einem bel\u00fcfteten, trockenen und leicht zu inspizierenden Ort befinden, an dem es nicht durch bewegliche Mechanismen in der Umgebung behindert wird.
\n2. Bei Verwendung als 2-Positionen-2-Wege-Ventil m\u00fcssen der \u00d6lauslass \u201eB\u201c und der \u00d6lr\u00fccklaufanschluss \u201eR\u201c blockiert werden.
\n3. Bei Verwendung als Zweistellungs-Dreiwegeventil muss der \u00d6lauslass \u201eB\u201c blockiert werden.
\n4. Schlie\u00dfen Sie die elektronische Steuerverkabelung entsprechend dem in der Abbildung oben gezeigten Prinzip an.<\/p>\n
