Besonderheit<\/h2>\n

Der MGK-\u00d6lverteiler ist f\u00fcr Schmierstoffe der NLGI 000#, 00# geeignet und muss mit einer Verdr\u00e4ngerschmierpumpe verwendet werden.
\nDas MG-Druckschmiermitteldosierventil gibt Schmiermittel ab, wenn das Schmiersystem unter Druck steht, und das Dosierventil speichert \u00d6l im Inneren, wenn das System drucklos ist. Es ist f\u00fcr volumetrische periodische Schmiersysteme geeignet.
\nDer MGK-Verteiler kann Schmier\u00f6l entsprechend der gew\u00e4hlten Ausgabemenge quantitativ an Schmierstellen liefern. Er ist f\u00fcr Schmiersysteme mit einem Arbeitsdruck von 1,0\u20133,5 MPa geeignet und weist eine hohe Pr\u00e4zision auf.
\nDieses Dosierventil verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 10 Ausgangsvolumenmodelle, alle mit M8*1-Innengewinde, verbunden mit 4 mm Nylonrohren oder Kupfer- und Aluminiumrohren. Das Dosierventil ist je nach Ausgangsmarke in 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 und 50 unterteilt, und f\u00fcr die Auslassanschl\u00fcsse gibt es Optionen vom Typ H\u00fclsentyp und Schnellsteckertyp.<\/p>\n

Prinzip<\/h2>\n

Wenn die Schmierpumpe arbeitet und unter Druck steht, liefert der Schmierstoffverteiler das darin gespeicherte Schmiermittel in Mengen an die Schmierstelle.
