Besonderheit<\/h2>\n

1. Beh\u00e4lterkapazit\u00e4t: Das MLS-Minimalmengenschmiersystem bietet Vorratstanks mit unterschiedlichen Kapazit\u00e4ten. Bei einer Standardkapazit\u00e4t von 0,5 l, 1 l, 2 l und 4 l k\u00f6nnen Benutzer den geeigneten Vorratstank je nach tats\u00e4chlichem Verbrauch ausw\u00e4hlen.
\n2. Luftstromregelung: Der Luftstrom der Zerst\u00e4uberpumpe wird durch die Luftdosierschraube geregelt, und die Spr\u00fchdichte und -distanz werden durch die Luftdosierschraube und den Einstellknopf f\u00fcr den Pumpenhub bestimmt.
\n3. Einstellung der Impulsgeberfrequenz: Der Impulsgeber der MLS-Minimalmengenschmierung ist ein speziell entwickelter und hergestellter variabler pneumatischer Zeitgeber zur Steuerung der Umw\u00e4lzgeschwindigkeit der Pumpe mit einer empfohlenen Frequenz von 5-50 Impulsen pro Minute.

\nVorteile: Es bietet ein ausgewogenes Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Flexibilit\u00e4t und Steifigkeit, l\u00e4sst sich leicht biegen und formen und beh\u00e4lt seine Form auch bei m\u00e4\u00dfiger Krafteinwirkung. Nachteile: Wiederholtes Biegen f\u00fchrt zur Kaltverfestigung, was schlie\u00dflich zum Bruch des D\u00fcsenk\u00f6rpers f\u00fchren kann.
