Fonctionnalit\u00e9<\/h2>\n

La vanne directionnelle \u00e0 2 voies et 2 positions de type SAV utilise un moteur \u00e0 courant continu pour entra\u00eener le noyau de la vanne en mouvement. Il s'agit d'un dispositif de commande d'inversion int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui ouvre et ferme la conduite d'alimentation en huile ou inverse le sens d'alimentation en huile. M\u00eame dans des conditions de travail difficiles (comme une graisse \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature ou \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9), l'action reste assez fiable. Cette vanne convient \u00e0 une utilisation dans les syst\u00e8mes de lubrification centralis\u00e9e \u00e0 huile s\u00e8che et fine avec des pressions nominales inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 40 MPa et dans les conduites de d\u00e9rivation principales des syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques. Elle peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e en trois types : 2 positions 4 voies, 2 positions 3 voies et 2 positions 2 voies.<\/p>\n

Instruction<\/h2>\n

1. La vanne doit \u00eatre install\u00e9e \u00e0 l'avant des conduites principales et secondaires contr\u00f4l\u00e9es du syst\u00e8me et doit \u00eatre situ\u00e9e dans un endroit ventil\u00e9, sec et facile \u00e0 inspecter, o\u00f9 il n'y a aucune interf\u00e9rence des m\u00e9canismes en mouvement qui l'entourent.
\n2. Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 comme 2 positions 2 voies, la sortie d'huile \u00ab B \u00bb et l'orifice de retour d'huile \u00ab R \u00bb doivent \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9s.
\n3. Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 comme un trois voies \u00e0 deux positions, la sortie d'huile \u00ab B \u00bb doit \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9e.
\n4. Connectez le c\u00e2blage de commande \u00e9lectronique selon le principe illustr\u00e9 dans la figure ci-dessus.<\/p>\n
