Functies<\/h2>\n

GS heeft een goed koelend effect en zorgt voor smering, spaanafvoer, reiniging en andere functies om de productie-effici\u00ebntie en verwerkingskwaliteit te verbeteren, het verlies van mechanische gereedschappen te verminderen en de vervuiling in de werkplaats te verminderen.
\n1. De sproeier kan tijdens het verwerkingsproces tegelijkertijd ijzerspanen koelen, smeren en wegblazen.
\n2. De spuitmachine kan de verwerkingssnelheid verhogen, verwerkingstijd besparen en slijtage van het gereedschap verminderen.
\n3. Smering kan de afwerkingskwaliteit van het werkstuk en het beste gebruik van het gereedschap garanderen.
\n4. Door het bewerken van legeringen of superharde materialen kan ook een glad en zeer nauwkeurig oppervlak worden verkregen.
\n5. De sproeier is voorzien van een nieuwe, goed sluitende leiding om interne olielekkage te voorkomen en de levensduur te verlengen.
\n6. Het luchtvolume en de koelvloeistof op de spuitmachine kunnen worden aangepast aan verschillende verwerkingsomstandigheden.
\n7. Er zijn verschillende vaste leidingen waaruit u kunt kiezen om de installatie en bevestiging door de klant te vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n

Specificatie<\/h2>\n

1. Er moet schone vloeistof worden gebruikt.
\n2. Gebruik geen bijtende vloeistof.
\n3. Het luchtbron drukbereik is 5-7 kgf\/cm\u00b2 (gerelateerd aan het atomisatiegasvolume en de luchtdruk)
\n4. De viscositeit van de gebruikte vloeistof is lager dan 68cSt.
\n5. Toepassingsmogelijkheden: zaagmachines, draaibanken, slijpmachines, tapmachines, CNC-bewerkingscentra, ponsmachines, houtbewerkingsmachines en andere snij- en verwerkingsapparatuur.<\/p>\n
