Functie<\/h2>\n

Wanneer de smeerpomp uitvalt, wordt de zuiger van het doseerelement onder invloed van de veerkracht teruggezet, d.w.z. de hoeveelheid smeermiddel wordt gemeten en opgeslagen.
\nDe hoeveelheid olie die de MUK-verdeler afvoert, is nauwkeurig. Het doseerelement loost olie slechts \u00e9\u00e9n keer in \u00e9\u00e9n olietoevoercyclus en de afstand tussen elkaar in het smeersysteem is ver, dichtbij, hoog, laag, horizontaal of verticaal ge\u00efnstalleerd. De verplaatsing van het doseerelement heeft geen effect.
\nDe afvoerwerking van de verdeler is gevoelig en er worden twee afdichtingen gebruikt om te voorkomen dat het afgevoerde smeermiddel terugstroomt.<\/p>\n

Sollicitatie<\/h2>\n

Druk: Wanneer de elektrische smeerpomp of de handmatige smeerpomp werkt, genereert het smeersysteem druk.
\nMetering: Er zit een zuiger of schroef in de doseerklep die kan worden aangepast door druk en veer. Wanneer het systeem draait, duwt de druk de zuiger of schroef om te bewegen, waardoor een specifieke hoeveelheid vet in de distributieleiding wordt geduwd.
\nDistributie: Bij elke cyclus van de doseerklep wordt het vet dat in de doseerklep is opgeslagen, verdeeld over de apparatuur of onderdelen die gesmeerd moeten worden.<\/p>\n
