Functie<\/h2>\n

\u2013 Dubbele kegelvorm: De compressiehuls heeft twee conische afdichtingsoppervlakken. Deze vorm zorgt ervoor dat de huls zich beter aanpast aan de oppervlaktevorm van de pijp bij het aandraaien van de ferrule, het afdichtingscontactoppervlak vergroot en de afdichtingsprestaties verbetert.
\n\u2013 Materiaaleigenschappen: Gemaakt van messing materiaal, het heeft een goede taaiheid, corrosiebestendigheid en slijtvastheid. De koperen compressiehuls kan stabiele prestaties behouden in verschillende werkomgevingen, wordt niet gemakkelijk gecorrodeerd door olie, lucht en andere media, en kan ook een bepaalde mate van wrijving en extrusie weerstaan.<\/p>\n

Hydraulisch systeem: In hydraulische apparatuur worden compressiehulzen gebruikt om hydraulische olieleidingen met elkaar te verbinden. Zo wordt een soepele doorstroming van hydraulische olie in het systeem gegarandeerd en wordt olielekkage voorkomen.
\nSmeersysteem: In apparatuur zoals smeerpompen worden klembussen gebruikt om smeerleidingen aan te sluiten en zo een stabiele toevoer van smeermiddel voor mechanische apparatuur te garanderen.
\nOverige vloeistoftransmissie: Drukhulzen kunnen worden gebruikt in pijpleidingsystemen die andere vloeistoffen of gassen transporteren, zoals koelmiddelen en perslucht.<\/p>\n

De PB-compressiehuls wordt hoofdzakelijk gebruikt bij de olieleidingverbinding. Deze sluit nauw aan op de leidingfittingen dankzij een dubbele kegelstructuur. Hierdoor ontstaat een afdichting, wordt olielekkage voorkomen en wordt de afdichting en stabiliteit van het hydraulische systeem of smeersysteem
