Features

The oil suction port of the lubrication pump is equipped with a filter to prevent impurities from entering the pump body. The pump core uses high-quality polyurethane oil seals with stronger wear resistance. It is specially designed for high-viscosity grease and is better compatible with high-viscosity grease. The air inlet of the pneumatic pump head is equipped with a double-cup oil-water separator. This filling machine is compatible with non-corrosive oils and is suitable for: lithium-based grease NLGI 00#~3# and high-temperature resistant special grease.

Precautions

1. This is a pneumatic grease filling machine and needs to be connected to an air source before use.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use flammable gas power for grease machines, otherwise the consequences are at your own risk.
3. Grease filling machines need to be compatible with different lubricants according to the season: NLGI 1#~2# in spring and autumn, NLGI 2#~3# in summer, and NLGI 0#~2# in winter.
4. If it is not necessary to work, do not use this grease machine without load for a long time to avoid damage to internal parts.
5. It is forbidden to use this machine to spray people and animals.
6. When the grease machine stops working, please turn off the air source and shoot to release the pressure in the hose.
7. Pay attention to the regular maintenance of the grease machine and clean the hose.

Features

Grease gun is equipped with an industrial oil seal that does not leak oil. The large piston and single double piston design provide high pressure and fast discharge.
The gun head is cast as a whole and can withstand max 60MPa working pressure.
It is equipped with a thick spring, and industrial heat treatment ensures that it is not easily deformed or aged.
Grease gun adopts a textured rubber sleeve design, which effectively prevents slipping and wear.

Precautions

1. Unscrew the grease gun head to separate the grease gun head from the barrel.
2. Lock the locking plate at the end of the barrel and push the handle at the end of the barrel to the end.
3. Immerse the end of the grease gun into the grease barrel to a depth of about 30 mm, pull the handle at the end of the barrel to suck the grease into the barrel.
4. Re-screw the grease gun head, press the locking plate at the end of the barrel, and push the driven handle to start exhausting.
5. Use your fingertips to control the exhaust hole. When you see grease discharged from the exhaust hole, the exhaust is complete.
6. After filling, confirm the grease adding position of the equipment, complete the connection of the nozzle, and use the arm strength to shake the handle to add grease.
