Feature

1. JHG4 lubrication pump is suitable for lubricating grease and low-flow lubricating oil. The applicable liquid butter viscosity is NLGI 000, 00, 0#.
2. Use a grease gun or automatic filling machine to refill grease from inlet of lubricator to prevent air and debris from entering.
3. The electric lubrication pump is controlled by PLC and can be used with MU, MG2, MG quantitative distributors to control the oil supply. MU, MG2, MG quantitative distributors have multiple flow options, and the same set of distributors can also have multiple flow options.
4. Low liquid level sensor can be selected, that is, when the lubricant amount is too low, it can automatically send a signal.
5. Pressure gauge can be selected to directly visually observe the pressure condition when the oil is discharged.
6. With a pressure regulating valve to adjust the working pressure of the lubrication pump and protect its working safety.
7. With an electromagnetic pressure relief valve group, the lubrication pump stops working and the pressure in the pipeline is relieved.

Precaution

1. When a new lubrication pump is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the air in it must be completely exhausted. Fill the main pipeline and branch pipeline with grease through the lubrication pump or grease replenishing machine, and then connect the distributor.
2. The lubrication pump uses nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (VITON) as sealing components. Do not use any lubricant that may damage these materials.
4. When the lubricating grease in the JHG4 reservoir is used up, be sure to add it from the grease filling port.
5. If the pump has not been operated for a long time, the lubricating oil film may be broken. It is best to manually force the lubrication pump to operate so that the lubrication surface has a proper amount of grease lubrication to avoid wear or burning due to insufficient lubrication.
6. When the voltage specification of the lubrication pump is a 24VDC lubrication pump, pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring the motor.
7. JHG4 electric lubrication pump can be equipped with a reed detector. The reed detector position should avoid interference with the reed detector induction due to the magnetic force of the motor or other factors, causing the reed detector induction to fail.

Maintenance

1. Operational specifications
The daily operation of the lubrication system revolves around replenishing grease, triggering additional lubrication, and resetting error messages. There are various ways to replenish grease, and risks such as extrusion of the stirring paddle and injury by spring tension should be prevented during operation.
The triggering and resetting operations are performed with the help of the control circuit board buttons. Troubleshooting should be done before resetting. The new settings will take effect after the power is restarted. The button operations are limited in time and function.
2. Rigorous maintenance
Regularly and comprehensively check the electrical connection, performance, component installation, pressure protection, equipment status, and lubrication conditions of the machinery and the lubrication pump.
Before cleaning the lubrication pump, turn off the power first, use an adapted cleaning agent to eliminate residues, take good protection, and avoid contact with harmful substances.

Precautions

– Before connecting the pipe to the lubrication point, fill the long pipe section first to help remove air from the centralized lubrication system.
– Install the lubrication line to the lubrication system metering device, but do not connect it to the piston pump unit yet.
– For cartridge-type lubrication pumps, screw in the cartridge. For tank-type lubrication pumps, fill the tank and ensure that the cartridge or tank is ready.
– Turn the lubrication pump vent screw one turn, press and hold the bleed button until the lubricant without bubbles is discharged from the vent screw. This process can expel air from the pump body and nearby pipes. Then tighten the vent screw to prevent air from entering the system again.
– Connect the lubrication line to the pump outlet, press and hold the bleed button until the lubricant without bubbles is discharged from the lubrication line, and then reconnect the lubrication line. This ensures that the air in the section of the line has been exhausted.
– Repeat the above bleed procedure to bleed all metering devices to ensure that there is no air entrained in the entire lubrication system.

Features

1. JMG4 standard pumps are divided into pressure switch and non-pressure switch. Standard products with pressure switch are equipped with indicator light and forced lube button, while those without pressure switch are not.
2. The lube pump is controlled by PLC and needs to be used with a positive displacement distributor. Such as DPBG, MG, MU and CBB. The distributor discharges lubricant when it acts.
3. The JMG4 pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve, which can adjust the pressure according to customer requirements and can be checked by the pressure gauge.
4. It is equipped with a floating switch, which is a liquid level detection device. It is the lower power-on contact. That is, when the oil level is too low, it can automatically send an abnormal signal.
5. The JMG4 has the advantage of “quantitative supply”, positive displacement lubrication pumps meter volumes precisely.
6. The lubricatio pump adopts gear pump and induction motor made of special alloy steel, with long service life, stable output pressure and noiseless.
7. AMG is equipped with a 40W motor, with a maximum pressure of 35bar and a output volume of 250mL/min.
8. AMG has a standard pressure switch with NO contact. The factory set starting pressure is 20 bar. NC contact can also be selected, but please specify when ordering.

Precautions

1. Various contact switches must not exceed the working current, otherwise the contact switches will be burned.
2. When assembling or repairing the lubrication pump, please cut off the power supply.
3. Please according to the lubrication pump wiring diagram (in the junction box) wiring, and connect the correct power supply.
4. Applicable lubricant viscosity range is NLGI #000 ~#00, please use standard lubricant. If the electric lubrication pump fails due to the use of unclean oil or improper operation, it is not covered by the warranty.
5. When the lubrication pump is refilled with lubricant, be sure to pass through the refilling port filter screen to prevent debris from entering.
6. If the lubrication pump cannot operate normally, please check whether the pipeline is damaged, whether there is air flowing in the pipeline, and whether the lubricant level is too low.
7. It is recommended to clean the oil filter and outlet connector of the lubrication pump every six months.
