<p>1. JHG4 lubrication pump is suitable for lubricating grease and low-flow lubricating oil. The applicable liquid butter viscosity is NLGI 000, 00, 0#.<br />
2. Use a grease gun or automatic filling machine to refill grease from inlet of lubricator to prevent air and debris from entering.<br />
3. The electric lubrication pump is controlled by PLC and can be used with MU, MG2, MG quantitative distributors to control the oil supply. MU, MG2, MG quantitative distributors have multiple flow options, and the same set of distributors can also have multiple flow options.<br />
4. Low liquid level sensor can be selected, that is, when the lubricant amount is too low, it can automatically send a signal.<br />
5. Pressure gauge can be selected to directly visually observe the pressure condition when the oil is discharged.<br />
6. With a pressure regulating valve to adjust the working pressure of the lubrication pump and protect its working safety.<br />

<h2>Precaution</h2>
<p>1. When a new lubrication pump is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the air in it must be completely exhausted. Fill the main pipeline and branch pipeline with grease through the lubrication pump or grease replenishing machine, and then connect the distributor.<br />
2. The lubrication pump uses nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (VITON) as sealing components. Do not use any lubricant that may damage these materials.<br />
4. When the lubricating grease in the JHG4 reservoir is used up, be sure to add it from the grease filling port.<br />
5. If the pump has not been operated for a long time, the lubricating oil film may be broken. It is best to manually force the lubrication pump to operate so that the lubrication surface has a proper amount of grease lubrication to avoid wear or burning due to insufficient lubrication.<br />
6. When the voltage specification of the lubrication pump is a 24VDC lubrication pump, pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring the motor.<br />
7. JHG4 electric lubrication pump can be equipped with a reed detector. The reed detector position should avoid interference with the reed detector induction due to the magnetic force of the motor or other factors, causing the reed detector induction to fail.</p>
