<h2>Troubleshooting</h2>
<p>&#8211; Lubrication pump cannot discharge or the amount is insufficient: the reasons include the motor cannot run, the motor turns in the opposite direction, the quality is not consistent, the outlet is blocked, and there is air in the cartridge. The solutions include detecting the input voltage, replacing the motor, rewiring, cleaning or replacing the outlet joint, exhausting, etc.<br />
&#8211; Lubricant leakage: it may be that cartridge is damaged or deformed, the cartridge is not locked, and that O-ring connecting cartridge is missing or deteriorated. The corresponding solutions are to replace cartridge, re-lock, add or replace the O-ring.<br />
&#8211; Abnormal pressure: impurities in the piston part of the lubrication pump, insufficient preset pressure value, and pipeline rupture may cause this problem. It can be solved by cleaning the piston part, adjusting the pressure regulating valve, and replacing a new pipe.<br />
&#8211; The pressure gauge pointer does not return to zero or stops: the reason may be that the pressure gauge is faulty or there is air in the lubrication pump. The solution is to replace the pressure gauge or perform exhaust operation.</p>

<p>1. For JHGS4 type, please use the cartridge replacement method to fill grease. Because a strong spring is installed in the cover, when the cover is loosened, please avoid the cover popping out due to the spring force.<br />
2. The applicable lubricant viscosity range is NLGI 000, 00, 0, 1#. When the grease volume is lower than the normal level, please replace the new cartridge immediately.<br />
3. When using the lubrication pump for the first time or when the lubricant cannot be pumped out or the cartridge is replaced, you must first perform exhaust action through the forced lubrication function and the exhaust port according to the user manual.<br />
4. When using the lubrication pump for the first time, fill the main pipeline and branch pipeline with grease through the lubrication pump or grease replenishing machine, and then connect the distributor.<br />
5. When the lubricant volume of the lubrication pump is too low, please replace the new cartridge immediately to prevent the pump from sucking air and failing to pump out oil.<br />
6. When the pressure value of the electric lubrication pump does not match the default value, you can adjust the pressure regulating valve according to the user manual.</p>

<h2>Precaution</h2>
<p>1. This lubrication pump uses NBR and VITON as sealing components. Do not use any lubricants that may damage these materials.<br />
2. To prevent air from entering the cartridge, please squeeze out a little lubricant before installing it when replacing the cartridge.<br />
3. When the lubricating grease in the JHGS4 cartridge is used up, it is prohibited to refill the lubricant and reuse it. A new cartridge must be used to replace it.<br />
4. If the JHGS4 electric lubrication pump runs for a long time, it will cause the internal motor to be hot, which will affect the temperature of the machine itself. Therefore, the interval time of the lubrication pump needs to be set to more than 10 times the action time to allow the motor to dissipate heat effectively. For example: the action time is set to 60 seconds, so the minimum interval time setting value needs to be 600 seconds.<br />
5. As for the time setting of the electric lubrication pump, the first lubrication action after the machine is turned on the next day after shutdown may have insufficient pressure. This is because the residual pressure inside the oil pipe has been completely released. It is recommended that the first startup action time should be more than 140% of the normal action.</p>

<p>1. When a new lubrication pump is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the air in it must be completely exhausted. Fill the main pipeline and branch pipeline with grease through the lubrication pump or grease replenishing machine, and then connect the distributor.<br />

6. When the voltage specification of the lubrication pump is a 24VDC lubrication pump, pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring the motor.<br />
7. JHG4 electric lubrication pump can be equipped with a reed detector. The reed detector position should avoid interference with the reed detector induction due to the magnetic force of the motor or other factors, causing the reed detector induction to fail.</p>

<p>Level switch function<br />
The level switch is integrated inside the J200 lubrication pump. When the level switch is activated, the pump can be stopped before the grease is completely exhausted, effectively preventing air from mixing into the grease and ensuring the normal operation of the lubrication system.<br />
Working condition restrictions<br />
The level switch only outputs a signal when the J200 lubrication pump is powered on. Since the pump stops when the level switch is activated, this may cause the pressure switch to not work properly and output an abnormal pressure signal.<br />
Operation precautions<br />
The level switch and the filter adapter form an integral unit. When the empty cartridge is removed, the abnormal output on the device side remains. If the power is turned on in this case, the J200 lubrication pump will inhale air. Therefore, be sure to insert a new cartridge before turning the power back on and release the abnormal output.</p>

The lubrication pump is powered by a 24V DC power supply. When the power is turned on, the motor starts. The rated current of the motor is 0.8A. Within the normal power supply range, the motor can run stably and provide power for the pump.</span><span id="input-sentence~1"><br />
2. Lubricant delivery<br />
The motor drives the lubrication pump to work. The lubricant is extracted from the storage container or cartridge through the internal structure including the plunger, gears, etc., and is delivered to each lubrication point of the machine through the pipeline at a displacement of 7ml/min.</span><span id="input-sentence~2"> During the delivery process, the discharge pressure can reach 8MPa.<br />
3. Metering and control<br />

&#8211; During the process of replacement of the cartridge, make sure that the surroundings are clean to avoid foreign objects like dust and impurities entering the lubrication pump body or cartridge.</span><span id="input-sentence~1"><br />
&#8211; It is strictly forbidden to turn on the power when the cartridge is not installed in place or removed, otherwise the lubrication pump may inhale air or foreign objects.<br />
&#8211; When replacing the cartridge, if you need to wipe around the oil suction port of the pump, you must use a clean cloth to prevent foreign objects from being sucked into the lubrication pump.<br />
&#8211; Only use the specified LHL grease cartridge. Using other non-specified lubricants may cause lubrication system failure.<br />
