Feature

The BSB pump is composed of dual plunger valves and an oil tank, and is driven by an AC motor. The rotational motion of motor is converted into reciprocating motion of plunger through an eccentric wheel, achieving the process of oil suction and pressure. This pump can be used for both dual line lubrication systems and single line progressive systems. The pump should be installed at the center of the system, capable of supplying grease to up to 1000 lubrication points. The cumulative length from the pump outlet to the farthest end of the main pipeline should be controlled within 100m.
Max pressure 40MPa, Lubricant Grease NLGI 000-3# & Oil ≥N68, Working temperature -20℃~+80℃.

Features

PLC control: The lubricator of the JDL2 series can be controlled through PLC to guarantee automation and precision in lubrication. Pressure switch: It is optional, and in case of abnormal pressure, an alarm signal will be produced. Float switch: With a float switch, an alarm signal will be automatically produced once the level of oil is below the mark. Spark eliminator: Equipped with a spark eliminator inside to avoid sparks when the current is running. Manual button: This JDL2 lubricator has a manually operated oil supply button, which forces lubrication not over three minutes. Temperature protection: If the temperature reaches 100℃, it will start the sensor and stop the motor from running for about 5 minutes.
