Liquid level switch and pressure switch: When the oil volume or pressure of the lubrication system is insufficient, an abnormal signal is output.
Panel indicator light: The lubrication pump can display the power supply and lubrication status for real-time monitoring.
Forced lubrication function: The lubrication pump system has a FEED key to enable forced lubrication so that the lubrication effect is guaranteed.
Time setting: The longest lubrication time of lubrication pump ≤2min, and its intermittent time is 5 times of lubrication time.
Motor self-protection: JDL lubrication pumps are equipped with a function to prevent motor overheating and overloading.
Overflow valve: Prevent damage to the oil injector and pipelines to ensure stable operation of the system.
Internal fuse: JDL prevents IC board and motor damage due to short circuit, improving system reliability.

Applications

Oil level check: The amount of lubricating oil must be appropriate. Otherwise, due to the inability to provide sufficient lubrication, serious abrasion may take place.
Cleaning up the filter on schedule: There is usually a filter in every lubrication pump. Impurities in the filter might result in clogging the oil circuit.
Pressure switch check: the lubrication pump with a pressure switch should be appropriate for use.
Setting lubrication time: Setting reasonably according to the actual needs of the equipment, the time and interval time of lubrication pump should be avoided superfluous or insufficient lubrication.
