<p>1. Operational specifications<br />
The daily operation of the lubrication system revolves around replenishing grease, triggering additional lubrication, and resetting error messages. There are various ways to replenish grease, and risks such as extrusion of the stirring paddle and injury by spring tension should be prevented during operation.<br />
The triggering and resetting operations are performed with the help of the control circuit board buttons. Troubleshooting should be done before resetting. The new settings will take effect after the power is restarted. The button operations are limited in time and function.<br />
2. Rigorous maintenance<br />
Regularly and comprehensively check the electrical connection, performance, component installation, pressure protection, equipment status, and lubrication conditions of the machinery and the lubrication pump.<br />
Before cleaning the lubrication pump, turn off the power first, use an adapted cleaning agent to eliminate residues, take good protection, and avoid contact with harmful substances.</p>
