Troubleshooting

– Lubrication pump cannot discharge or the amount is insufficient: the reasons include the motor cannot run, the motor turns in the opposite direction, the quality is not consistent, the outlet is blocked, and there is air in the cartridge. The solutions include detecting the input voltage, replacing the motor, rewiring, cleaning or replacing the outlet joint, exhausting, etc.
– Lubricant leakage: it may be that cartridge is damaged or deformed, the cartridge is not locked, and that O-ring connecting cartridge is missing or deteriorated. The corresponding solutions are to replace cartridge, re-lock, add or replace the O-ring.
– Abnormal pressure: impurities in the piston part of the lubrication pump, insufficient preset pressure value, and pipeline rupture may cause this problem. It can be solved by cleaning the piston part, adjusting the pressure regulating valve, and replacing a new pipe.
– The pressure gauge pointer does not return to zero or stops: the reason may be that the pressure gauge is faulty or there is air in the lubrication pump. The solution is to replace the pressure gauge or perform exhaust operation.

Precautions

– Removing an unused grease cartridge and connecting it to the lubrication pump may cause malfunction due to residual air in the cartridge. Make sure the lubricant is completely consumed before replacement.
– Do not turn on the power with an empty cartridge removed, otherwise the J100 lubrication pump will suck in air or foreign matter, causing it to malfunction.
– When replacing the cartridge, do not wipe around the inlet of the lubrication pump with a dirty cloth, which will cause the lubrication pump to suck in foreign matter and cause it to malfunction.
– Only standard cartridges are supported. Using other grease may cause system malfunction.
– Never inject grease into a used empty cartridge and reuse it, as this may cause the cartridge to rupture or cause the lubrication pump to malfunction due to the entry of air or foreign matter.

Troubleshooting

1. The motor cannot start when the working voltage is applied
– The motor has no working voltage: Please check the power connection of the lubrication pump, including checking the correct connection of the power plug and cable, and check whether the working voltage is connected correctly.
2. No pressure accumulation or release
– The pump delivers too little medium: Please check whether the ink cartridge or reservoir of the lubrication pump is empty.
– Inappropriate grease is used: Clear the grease in the entire lubrication system and use standard suitable grease.
– The pressure is too low or too high: The pressure regulating valve of the lubrication pump is blocked or defective, check and replace the pressure regulating valve.
– There is air in the main pipeline: exhaust through the exhaust port of the lubrication pump.
– The main pipeline leaks or breaks: Check the pipeline condition of the lubrication system and replace the pipeline.

Mounting

Don’t drop the product to cause injury or property damage.
When mounting tubing and related moving parts, please keep a safe distance and follow local regulations to prevent accidents.
Be sure to fix the pump on a vertical and flat surface so that it can fully bear the weight of the pump.
Mount and fix the pump with three M6 bolts through the 7mm hole.
It is recommended to apply anti-vibration glue when the pump is subjected to vibration.
Install the pump in a location isolated from water, oil, chips and dust.
Vibration: 9G (88m/s2) or less.
