J100 is designed with lubricant injection method of a plunger pump, with a maximum pressure of 8MPa. It is a compact electric lubrication pump.
The oil tank electric pump adopts an oil pressure plate design, vacuum oil suction, and the lubrication process can eliminate the residual grease at the bottom of the reservoir.
The low liquid level sensor for detecting the amount of grease in the lubrication pump is optional.
The J100 grease pump is equipped with an air release valve, which can remove the air in the lubrication pump cavity before use.
The cartridge-type J100 pump does not require filling auxiliary equipment, and can directly replace the canned grease, which is convenient.
