<p>Level switch function<br />
The level switch is integrated inside the J200 lubrication pump. When the level switch is activated, the pump can be stopped before the grease is completely exhausted, effectively preventing air from mixing into the grease and ensuring the normal operation of the lubrication system.<br />
Working condition restrictions<br />
The level switch only outputs a signal when the J200 lubrication pump is powered on. Since the pump stops when the level switch is activated, this may cause the pressure switch to not work properly and output an abnormal pressure signal.<br />
Operation precautions<br />
The level switch and the filter adapter form an integral unit. When the empty cartridge is removed, the abnormal output on the device side remains. If the power is turned on in this case, the J200 lubrication pump will inhale air. Therefore, be sure to insert a new cartridge before turning the power back on and release the abnormal output.</p>

<p>1. Connection steps<br />
Connect the pipe to the outlet of the lubrication pump. Use a pipe with a pressure resistance of 10MPa or higher. First, manually fix the joint to ensure the initial stability of the connection. Then tighten it with a wrench. Pay attention to the moderate strength of this operation. The appropriate torque is 7.1N･m.<br />
2. Check after connection<br />
After the connection is completed, be sure to carefully check whether there is grease leakage at the joint to ensure the sealing of the connection. Then, exhaust the air to remove the air that may exist in the pipe and lubrication pump.<br />
3. Pressure situation description<br />
Although 8MPa or higher pressure may occur when the main pipeline is short, it will not cause problems under normal use, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the pressure changes of the lubrication system to ensure that it is within the normal working range.</p>

<h2>Refilling</h2>

The lubrication pump is powered by a 24V DC power supply. When the power is turned on, the motor starts. The rated current of the motor is 0.8A. Within the normal power supply range, the motor can run stably and provide power for the pump.</span><span id="input-sentence~1"><br />
2. Lubricant delivery<br />
The motor drives the lubrication pump to work. The lubricant is extracted from the storage container or cartridge through the internal structure including the plunger, gears, etc., and is delivered to each lubrication point of the machine through the pipeline at a displacement of 7ml/min.</span><span id="input-sentence~2"> During the delivery process, the discharge pressure can reach 8MPa.<br />
3. Metering and control<br />
In the lubrication system, the positive displacement distributor is used for precise control over the amount of lubricant to be delivered. This enables each lubrication point to acquire an appropriate amount of lubricant in order to achieve an optimized lubrication effect, rather than wasting lubricants. <h2>Refilling</h2>
<p><span id="input-sentence~0">&#8211; Replace the cartridge after the LHL in the cartridge is completely exhausted to avoid air entering the cartridge due to residual grease, which may cause malfunctioning of the lubrication pump.<br />
&#8211; During the process of replacement of the cartridge, make sure that the surroundings are clean to avoid foreign objects like dust and impurities entering the lubrication pump body or cartridge.</span><span id="input-sentence~1"><br />
&#8211; It is strictly forbidden to turn on the power when the cartridge is not installed in place or removed, otherwise the lubrication pump may inhale air or foreign objects.<br />
&#8211; When replacing the cartridge, if you need to wipe around the oil suction port of the pump, you must use a clean cloth to prevent foreign objects from being sucked into the lubrication pump.<br />
&#8211; Only use the specified LHL grease cartridge. Using other non-specified lubricants may cause lubrication system failure.<br />
&#8211; Never fill the used empty grease cartridge with lubricant and use it again.</span></p>
