Features

Precautions

1. Please carefully confirm the voltage of the lubrication pump and connect the appropriate power supply.
2. The lubrication pump must use clean oil, and recycled lubricating oil is not allowed.
3. It is recommended to refill the lubricating oil to the oil level line each time.
4. It is recommended to clean the oil reservoir once every two months, and clean or replace the filter basket and oil filter at the oil inlet.
5. The increase in the running time of the lubrication pump can increase the total lubrication amount of the lubrication system, and the reduction in running time can reduce the total lubrication amount of the lubrication system.
6. After the lubrication system is installed or after disassembling and replacing parts, the air in the lubrication system should be discharged first.
7. After the lubrication pump is powered on, it is not allowed to open the cover on the top of the pump to prevent the risk of electric shock.

Features

1. Compact construction: The lubricating pump J203 is designed very compactly, which makes it really compatible for installation with little space. All in all, it consists of a housing with an integrated motor, a container with a mixing paddle, a pump element, grease nipple and electrical connection parts.
2. This pump is of high efficiency: Depending on the line length, it serves up to 150 lubrication points. It can drive up to three pump units and is able to be fitted with a low oil level controller (with or without a control board) to ensure continuous operation of the lubrication system.
3. Multi-operating setting adjustments: Based on application requirements, the user may adjust multiple operating settings involved with the control printed circuit board of the J203 lubrication pump.
4. Wide application scope: Supply either in DC or AC power and feature different types of oil tanks, with pump elements to suit different output requirements.
5. Durability: With highly effective materials, J203 works under high extremes of temperature. Thus, P203 has an operating temperature range of –40 to +70 ºC (DC) and –25 to + 70 ºC (AC).
