Application

1. This type of multi-point lubrication pump should be installed in a location with suitable ambient temperature, low dust, easy inspection, maintenance, and convenient grease replenishment.
2. Adding grease to the reservoir must be done through the filling port of the reservoir using a refilling pump, and it is strictly prohibited to remove the cover and add unfiltered lubricant.
3. Connect the motor according to the rotation direction indicated on the oil storage container wall, and do not reverse it.
4. The number of oil ports can be freely selected within the range of 1-14. Depending on the equipment requirements, the pressure plunger pump components that are not needed can be removed by themselves, and the screw holes can be sealed with M20x1.5 plugs.

Maintenance

Check the lubrication pump oil level regularly to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range and the level sensor is normal.
Check the running status of the grease pump regularly for the running sound of the pump and whether there is an abnormal vibration.
Clean filters of lubrication pumps and lubrication systems periodically to remove impurities and blockages.
Check the pressure of the lubricator system regularly to ensure that the system pressure is within the normal range.
