Features

1. The lubrication and interval time of the lubrication pump are controlled by the PLC of the host.

Precautions

1. Please carefully confirm the voltage of the lubrication pump and connect the appropriate power supply.
2. The lubrication pump must use clean oil, and recycled lubricating oil is not allowed.
3. It is recommended to refill the lubricating oil to the oil level line each time.
4. It is recommended to clean the oil reservoir once every two months, and clean or replace the filter basket and oil filter at the oil inlet.
5. The increase in the running time of the lubrication pump can increase the total lubrication amount of the lubrication system, and the reduction in running time can reduce the total lubrication amount of the lubrication system.
6. After the lubrication system is installed or after disassembling and replacing parts, the air in the lubrication system should be discharged first.
7. After the lubrication pump is powered on, it is not allowed to open the cover on the top of the pump to prevent the risk of electric shock.

Applications

Check the level of the oil: The lubrication pump’s oil tank oil level shall be on the normal scale range.
Clean the oil tank: The tank at the lubrication pump needs regular washing to avoid the accumulation of impurities or sediments.
Check the pipeline: The pipeline of the lubrication system shall be checked whether there is leakage and blockage in it.
Replace filter element: Filter elements shall be replaced according to use conditions so that the lubrication oil can always be clean.
Check the lubrication pump is electrically connected, not loose.
Safety appliances: check the safety valve and overload protection device regularly.

Features

1. The timer can be set to two action modes:
① Lubrication: lubrication time is executed first when the machine is turned on.
② Memory: continue to execute the previous interval timing when the power is turned on again.
2. With a pressure switch, it can detect whether the oil circuit is damaged.
3. With a floating switch, it can detect the liquid level and automatically send a signal.
4. With a pressure gauge, it can detect the action pressure of the oil pump.
5. The timer time can be set and has a self-locking function to prevent others from operating it at will.
6. The system can use the “RST” key to force lubrication or eliminate abnormal alarm signals.
7. The maximum single lubrication time is less than or equal to 2 minutes, and the interval time is more than 5 times the lubrication time to avoid motor overload.
8. The high temperature of the motor triggers the temperature control protection device and will stop for about 10 minutes.
