<p>1. LT has precise flow, that is, each lubrication point can select the required amount of lubricating oil.<br />
2. It needs to be used with a volumetric pump to discharge at each motor interval.<br />
3. Each oil outlet of LT has an indicator rod, which can visually check the action, and a proximity switch or micro switch is optional.<br />
4. The standard specification of the proximity switch is NC normally closed contact, which will generate a signal when the indicator rod is not sensed to move, and NO normally open contact can also be selected.<br />
5. The micro switch can only be installed on the oil outlet with a discharge volume of 0.5cc, and can be set to NO normally open contact that generates a signal when the motor is in motion or NC normally closed contact that generates a signal when the motor is intermittent.<br />
6. LT has two types of pipe fittings to choose from, standard assembly pipe and quick plug-in type.</p>

<h2>Principle</h2>
<p>The working principle of LT pressure relief thin oil distributor mainly depends on the operation and pressure relief mechanism of the oil injector. When the lubrication pump is working, it delivers lubricating oil to the distributor. When the distributor is filled with lubricating oil, the oiling machine stops working and releases pressure. <p>1. MU is a pressurized direct pressure action metering valve.<br />
The pressure lubricant delivered by the pump pushes the piston in the metering valve to forcibly discharge the lubricant. When the pump stops working, the piston recovers under the action of the spring force, and the lubricant is stored.<br />
2. The discharge is accurate, and one metering cycle is only discharged once. Whether the distributor is far, near, high or low in the lubrication system, horizontal or vertical installation has no effect on the discharge of the metering valve.<br />
3. Forced discharge, sensitive action, there are two seals to prevent backflow of discharge.<br />
4. The metering valve and the connection block are independent. Based on lubrication amount of lubrication points, the metering valve can be freely combined with the MU and MUJ connection blocks, and can be used in series or in parallel.<br />
5. The outlet fittings of the metering valve are Φ4, with two types.<br />
Screw-in type: composed of PA4 and PB4.<br />
Push-in type: insert the Φ4 tube directly.<br />

<h2>Principle</h2>
<p>LT is mainly based on the action of the metering piston and the cooperation of the umbrella-shaped two-way valve. When the oil pumped by the lubrication pump is injected from the main pipe, the umbrella-shaped two-way valve is pushed, so that the oil flows into the piston chamber and is pressed through the passage. Under the action of the pressure oil, the metering piston moves downward, accumulates oil and compresses the spring. When the oil pressure in the main pipe is released (i.e., pressure relief), the umbrella-shaped valve moves due to the pressure difference and opens the outlet at the same time, so that the oil accumulated in the living chamber is sent into the oil tube through the outlet.</p>
