Troubleshooting

– Lubrication pump cannot discharge or the amount is insufficient: the reasons include the motor cannot run, the motor turns in the opposite direction, the quality is not consistent, the outlet is blocked, and there is air in the cartridge. The solutions include detecting the input voltage, replacing the motor, rewiring, cleaning or replacing the outlet joint, exhausting, etc.
– Lubricant leakage: it may be that cartridge is damaged or deformed, the cartridge is not locked, and that O-ring connecting cartridge is missing or deteriorated. The corresponding solutions are to replace cartridge, re-lock, add or replace the O-ring.
– Abnormal pressure: impurities in the piston part of the lubrication pump, insufficient preset pressure value, and pipeline rupture may cause this problem. It can be solved by cleaning the piston part, adjusting the pressure regulating valve, and replacing a new pipe.
– The pressure gauge pointer does not return to zero or stops: the reason may be that the pressure gauge is faulty or there is air in the lubrication pump. The solution is to replace the pressure gauge or perform exhaust operation.

Features

1. J203 lubrication pump without follower plate
Function of reservoir and stirring paddle: The oil tank stores lubricant, the cover is pollution-proof and convenient for refueling, and the ventilation device ensures air circulation in the oil tank when the pump is running. The stirring paddle homogenizes the lubricant and assists the pump in sucking oil.
Pump base and internal connection: The base accommodates the motor, electrical connections, refilling accessories and up to 3 pump elements, and the output of different elements varies.
2. J203 lubrication pump with follower plate
Reservoir and special parts: The function of the reservoir is similar to that of the pump without follower plate, and the ventilation device plays a role during operation and filling. The newly added follower plate presses the oil with a spring, and the contact rod realizes low liquid level detection and indication through the reed contact.
Connection and function expansion: The function of the pump housing remains unchanged, and the electrical connection adds the liquid level indication function. The connection types are square plug or M12 plug.

Maintenance

1. The lubrication pump does not run
– Power failure: the upper machine is turned off, the connection cable is loose or damaged, the external fuse is blown, check and repair.
– Operation mode problem: in the pause time mode, adjust the operation mode.
– Internal failure: the motor, power board is damaged or the internal cable is broken, professional inspection and repair or replacement of parts.
2. The lubrication pump runs but the oil supply is small or no
– System component failure: the electric lubrication system is blocked, the one-way valve or pressure relief valve is damaged, replace the faulty parts.
– Lubrication pump component problem: the oil suction hole is blocked, the component is closed, the lubricant has bubbles or abnormal viscosity, check and handle the pump components and lubricant.
– Metering device problem: the metering device is configured incorrectly, reconfigure it correctly. Ensure that safety measures are in place and operate according to regulations before maintenance.

Pipeline

In terms of pipe materials and specifications, it is necessary to select suitable oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipes according to the characteristics of the lubricant, system pressure and environment.
Pipe cleaning is very important. Before installation, it is necessary to thoroughly remove impurities with compressed air blowing and chemical cleaning to prevent foreign matter from entering the lubricating pump to damage parts and disturb operation, and ensure that the lubricant flows smoothly and purely.
When connecting, the seals should be selected well, and the nuts and bolts should be tightened according to the specified torque to ensure good and firm sealing, and check for leaks regularly.
In terms of layout, reduce the number of pipes, avoid sharp bends and twists, ensure smooth flow of lubricants, properly support and fix, and prevent vibration displacement.
Finally, exhaust after installation. Set an exhaust valve at a high point, slowly open and exhaust the air, and wait for the lubricant to flow out without bubbles to prevent uneven lubrication and pump idling.
