Feature

1. Adjustable Automatic Lubricators are divided by lubricant types. GP models are for grease. OP and CP-36C are for oil.
2. All models can automatically deliver the lubricant to a single lubrication point steadily.
3. CP-36C equips a brush but without adapters.
4. All models are suitable for lubricating linear guides, bearings, and motor shafts.
5. All models have volume adjusters that enable the users to adjust the volume of lubricant upon needs. For OP models
and CP-36C, twist the volume adjusters clockwise to the zero point when they are not in use.
6. GP models: fill grease through grease nipples and close the grease nipple cap after flling up the grease.
7. OP and CP-36C models: fill the oil through the oil inlet, and put the oil cover back after finishing.
8. Do not use organic solvents such as toluene or carbon tetrachloride to clean the lubricant tank.

Mounting

As shown in the drawing. Select one of the three kinds of the adapter thread: 1/4″PT19, 1/8″PT28, and 1/4″UNF28 for matching up the 45°, 90° and 180° elbow pipe installation.
Regulating method:
Depending on the size of bearing and quantity of grease, adjust the needle valve for the propriate grease output quantity.
Rcgarding the scale on the cup, turn the needle valve for regulating the grease quantity.
When the needle valve is turned with 90° that means the output hole as 0. 12mm.
When the needle valve is turned with one full circle that means the output hole as 0. 45mm.
The spring wire is made from Germany piano wire do not replace anywaye.
The tips for regulating the grease output quantity shown as follows:
1.For more precise adjusting, please reference the working environment temperature (indoor, outdoor, low temperature, high temperature), the bearing size, rotating speed and the viscosity of grease. The suggested grease quantity must be adjusted as following:
For NLGI 0: please turn the valve for 1. 5 circles. While working, keep 1.0 circle for minimum.
For NLGI 1: please turn the valve for 3 circles. While working, keep 2 circles for minimum.
For NLGI 2: please turn the valve for 3-5 circles. While working, keep 3 circles for minimum.
Please do not use the hardened grease or the saponified greaseand then feed a propriate grease quantity by the working condition.
Further, while recharging the feeder, the needle valve must be kept to open for squeezing the old grease out.

Features

For applications with changing temperatures, long-distance installation, such as vibration, confined spaces or hazardous environments, SMD is an option.
1. Transparent cover and transparent oil tank facilitate visual inspection.
2. The same drive unit can be used with two capacities, just adjust the 125/250 ml switch. The power supply can be a 24 VDC external power supply or a 3 VDC battery.
3. The discharge speed is independent of temperature and the extrusion pressure is up to 6.5bar.
