Timing control: JDL1-3 lubricator comes with a programmable timer, which can precisely control the working time and interval time of the lubrication pump to guarantee that efficiency and accuracy are realized during the lubrication process.
Multi-modes: There are two operating modes possible with this lubricator: power-on lubrication mode and power-on interval mode.
Alarm system: Inside JLD1-3, there is a float switch that sends the alarm automatically when the level of the oil is below the mark and informs via a buzzer.
Manual lubrication: JDL1-3 lubricator is designed with a manual lubrication button; in case of emergency lubrication can be done manually to avoid overloading of a motor.
Pressure monitoring: Equipped with a pressure gauge, operating pressure is easily monitored to ensure the equipment runs in the best condition.
Overheat protection: The pump automatically shuts down the motor when the overheating of the motor happens, and will restart for working after about 5 minutes.
