<p>Multi-outlet distribution: JINPINLUB MUK grease pressure relief distributors can be configured with 2 to 12 digits to meet the needs of different lubrication systems.<br />
Umbrella valve design: The umbrella valve inside the distributor controls the flow of lubricant under the pressure of the lubrication system, making it very precise and distributed to various lubrication points.<br />
Multiple outputs: The metering valve, one of the components of MUK, has multiple discharge volumes to choose from, such as 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5mL/cycle.<br />
Corrosion-resistant materials: MUK grease distributors are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to different working environments.</p>

<h2>Principle</h2>
<p>The lubricant flows out of the lubrication pump, and the system pressure pushes the piston in the MUK distributor upward. The lubricant stored in the oil chamber is discharged. When the piston moves to the top of the oil chamber, the oil discharge is completed.<br />
When the lubrication pump stops supplying oil, the pressure relief valve will automatically release, allowing the lubricant in the main oil pipe to return through the pressure reducing valve. At this time, the system pressure is reduced, and the lubricant is stored inside the distributor, ready for the next cycle.</p>

<h2>Principle</h2>
<p>LT is mainly based on the action of the metering piston and the cooperation of the umbrella-shaped two-way valve. When the oil pumped by the lubrication pump is injected from the main pipe, the umbrella-shaped two-way valve is pushed, so that the oil flows into the piston chamber and is pressed through the passage. Under the action of the pressure oil, the metering piston moves downward, accumulates oil and compresses the spring. When the oil pressure in the main pipe is released (i.e., pressure relief), the umbrella-shaped valve moves due to the pressure difference and opens the outlet at the same time, so that the oil accumulated in the living chamber is sent into the oil tube through the outlet.</p>
