<p>1. Made of high-grade environmentally friendly raw materials that meet ROHS requirements, it has little odor and will not settle after long-term storage.<br />
2. Product appearance color: A (adhesive) component is a milky white viscous liquid, B (curing agent) component is a brown viscous liquid, and does not contain solvents (non-hazardous goods).<br />
3. Ultra-stable mesh resin structure, uniform material, high bonding strength, long-term oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good low-temperature toughness, no brittleness, easy and simple operation. It can be used at will within the temperature range of -30℃~+70℃.<br />
4. Threaded plastic bottle packaging should be kept away from light, heat, and moisture. It will not dry out and harden after long-term storage, and the effective storage period is 1 year.</p>
<h2>Operation</h2>
<p>Ratio: Mix evenly with a volume ratio of A:B = 1:1. The operation is quite convenient, fast and easy. It is strictly forbidden to use the same stirring rod to stir in components A and B. The curing speed can be adjusted. For example, the proportion of curing agent component B can be appropriately increased in winter.<br />
Gluing: The special glue can be applied longitudinally on the metal guide rail and transversely on the guide rail soft belt to ensure that the special glue is evenly distributed. The thickness of the glue layer should be controlled between 0.08 and 0.12 mm.<br />
Curing: Curing can be carried out at room temperature. The initial curing time is 24 hours, and the maximum bonding strength is reached after 72 hours. The curing pressure should be 0.06-0.1Mpa. If the thickness of the selected guide rail soft belt exceeds 2.5mm, the curing pressure can be increased.</p>

<h2>Mounting</h2>
<p>As shown in the drawing. Select one of the three kinds of the adapter thread: 1/4&#8243;PT19, 1/8&#8243;PT28, and 1/4&#8243;UNF28 for matching up the 45°, 90° and 180° elbow pipe installation.<br />
Regulating method:<br />
Depending on the size of bearing and quantity of grease, adjust the needle valve for the propriate grease output quantity.<br />
Rcgarding the scale on the cup, turn the needle valve for regulating the grease quantity.<br />
When the needle valve is turned with 90° that means the output hole as 0. 12mm.<br />
When the needle valve is turned with one full circle that means the output hole as 0. 45mm.<br />
The spring wire is made from Germany piano wire do not replace anywaye.<br />
The tips for regulating the grease output quantity shown as follows:<br />
1.For more precise adjusting, please reference the working environment temperature (indoor, outdoor, low temperature, high temperature), the bearing size, rotating speed and the viscosity of grease. The suggested grease quantity must be adjusted as following:<br />
For NLGI 0: please turn the valve for 1. 5 circles. While working, keep 1.0 circle for minimum.<br />
For NLGI 1: please turn the valve for 3 circles. While working, keep 2 circles for minimum.<br />
For NLGI 2: please turn the valve for 3-5 circles. While working, keep 3 circles for minimum.<br />
Please do not use the hardened grease or the saponified greaseand then feed a propriate grease quantity by the working condition.<br />
Further, while recharging the feeder, the needle valve must be kept to open for squeezing the old grease out.</p>

<p>&#8211; Precise control: The lubrication time and interval time of the JHGS2 electric lubrication pump are precisely controlled by PLC, and the frequency and duration of lubrication can be flexibly adjusted according to the operating requirements of different equipment.<br />

<h2>Troubleshooting</h2>
<p>&#8211; Lubrication pump cannot discharge or the amount is insufficient: the reasons include the motor cannot run, the motor turns in the opposite direction, the quality is not consistent, the outlet is blocked, and there is air in the cartridge. The solutions include detecting the input voltage, replacing the motor, rewiring, cleaning or replacing the outlet joint, exhausting, etc.<br />
&#8211; Lubricant leakage: it may be that cartridge is damaged or deformed, the cartridge is not locked, and that O-ring connecting cartridge is missing or deteriorated. The corresponding solutions are to replace cartridge, re-lock, add or replace the O-ring.<br />
&#8211; Abnormal pressure: impurities in the piston part of the lubrication pump, insufficient preset pressure value, and pipeline rupture may cause this problem. It can be solved by cleaning the piston part, adjusting the pressure regulating valve, and replacing a new pipe.<br />
&#8211; The pressure gauge pointer does not return to zero or stops: the reason may be that the pressure gauge is faulty or there is air in the lubrication pump. The solution is to replace the pressure gauge or perform exhaust operation.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Operation</h2>
<p>1. For JHGS4 type, please use the cartridge replacement method to fill grease. Because a strong spring is installed in the cover, when the cover is loosened, please avoid the cover popping out due to the spring force.<br />
2. The applicable lubricant viscosity range is NLGI 000, 00, 0, 1#. When the grease volume is lower than the normal level, please replace the new cartridge immediately.<br />
3. When using the lubrication pump for the first time or when the lubricant cannot be pumped out or the cartridge is replaced, you must first perform exhaust action through the forced lubrication function and the exhaust port according to the user manual.<br />
4. When using the lubrication pump for the first time, fill the main pipeline and branch pipeline with grease through the lubrication pump or grease replenishing machine, and then connect the distributor.<br />
5. When the lubricant volume of the lubrication pump is too low, please replace the new cartridge immediately to prevent the pump from sucking air and failing to pump out oil.<br />
6. When the pressure value of the electric lubrication pump does not match the default value, you can adjust the pressure regulating valve according to the user manual.</p>

<h2>Precaution</h2>
<p>1. This lubrication pump uses NBR and VITON as sealing components. Do not use any lubricants that may damage these materials.<br />
2. To prevent air from entering the cartridge, please squeeze out a little lubricant before installing it when replacing the cartridge.<br />
3. When the lubricating grease in the JHGS4 cartridge is used up, it is prohibited to refill the lubricant and reuse it. A new cartridge must be used to replace it.<br />
4. If the JHGS4 electric lubrication pump runs for a long time, it will cause the internal motor to be hot, which will affect the temperature of the machine itself. Therefore, the interval time of the lubrication pump needs to be set to more than 10 times the action time to allow the motor to dissipate heat effectively. For example: the action time is set to 60 seconds, so the minimum interval time setting value needs to be 600 seconds.<br />
5. As for the time setting of the electric lubrication pump, the first lubrication action after the machine is turned on the next day after shutdown may have insufficient pressure. This is because the residual pressure inside the oil pipe has been completely released. It is recommended that the first startup action time should be more than 140% of the normal action.</p>

<p>1. JHG4 lubrication pump is suitable for lubricating grease and low-flow lubricating oil. The applicable liquid butter viscosity is NLGI 000, 00, 0#.<br />
2. Use a grease gun or automatic filling machine to refill grease from inlet of lubricator to prevent air and debris from entering.<br />
3. The electric lubrication pump is controlled by PLC and can be used with MU, MG2, MG quantitative distributors to control the oil supply. MU, MG2, MG quantitative distributors have multiple flow options, and the same set of distributors can also have multiple flow options.<br />
4. Low liquid level sensor can be selected, that is, when the lubricant amount is too low, it can automatically send a signal.<br />
5. Pressure gauge can be selected to directly visually observe the pressure condition when the oil is discharged.<br />
6. With a pressure regulating valve to adjust the working pressure of the lubrication pump and protect its working safety.<br />
7. With an electromagnetic pressure relief valve group, the lubrication pump stops working and the pressure in the pipeline is relieved.</p>

<h2>Precaution</h2>
<p>1. When a new lubrication pump is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the air in it must be completely exhausted. Fill the main pipeline and branch pipeline with grease through the lubrication pump or grease replenishing machine, and then connect the distributor.<br />
2. The lubrication pump uses nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (VITON) as sealing components. Do not use any lubricant that may damage these materials.<br />
4. When the lubricating grease in the JHG4 reservoir is used up, be sure to add it from the grease filling port.<br />
5. If the pump has not been operated for a long time, the lubricating oil film may be broken. It is best to manually force the lubrication pump to operate so that the lubrication surface has a proper amount of grease lubrication to avoid wear or burning due to insufficient lubrication.<br />
6. When the voltage specification of the lubrication pump is a 24VDC lubrication pump, pay attention to the positive and negative poles when wiring the motor.<br />
7. JHG4 electric lubrication pump can be equipped with a reed detector. The reed detector position should avoid interference with the reed detector induction due to the magnetic force of the motor or other factors, causing the reed detector induction to fail.</p>
