J100-3R is an electric pump for bearing and guideway lubrication of small machines, with built-in pressure relief function, equipped with manual additional lubrication cycle switch and optional level monitoring, with 2 outlets to serve two lubrication lines simultaneously.

Features
– Intended Use: J100 lubrication pump for bearing and linear guide lubrication in small machinery, suitable to work with both oil and fluid grease.
– Inbuilt Pressure Relief Functionality: The pressure relief function integrated into the pump makes the J100 lubrication pump meet all the requirements of any single-line lubrication system pump.
– Power Requirements: It operates on 24V DC power supply. Control can be provided from a programmable PLC of the machine.
– Level Monitoring: Can be used with an optional level switch to monitor the level of either the oil tank or the grease cartridge.
– Compatibility: The J100 lubrication pump is compatible with NLGI 000 and 1# fluid grease grades.
– Outlet Design: The J100 lubrication pump has 2 outlets and can feed two lubrication lines simultaneously.
– Multiple Capacities: Available with refillable lubricant reservoirs from 0.3 to 1.5L, or 0.3 and 0.7L easily replaceable standard lubrication cartridges.
