– Precise lubrication: MLS uses a variable positive displacement pump that provides the ability to have liquid ejected at an accurate rate, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
– Modular design: Modular design allows users to add or reduce the amount of pumps and configure a micro-lubrication system with various output ports according to application-specific requirements.
– Positive displacement pump: The positive displacement pump in the micro-lubrication system ensures a constant flow output even under pressure changes, which is critical for precise lubrication.
– Compressed air operation: The entire micro-system relies only on compressed air, without the need for an additional power source, simplifying installation and operation while reducing energy consumption.

Adjustment
The nozzle position is crucial for micro lubrication effect, and should be placed in the optimal position according to different processing methods (such as end face milling, peripheral milling, etc.), ensuring that the nozzle coupling block is horizontal or pointing downwards.
In the process of use, if the Oil mist lubrication effect is not good or the nozzle position changes, it needs to be adjusted in time, which helps to maintain the good lubrication performance of the system and is also a part of the maintenance work.
Minimal quantity lubrication’s different types of nozzles (flexible plastic, semi-rigid copper, stainless steel, etc.) have their own characteristics, and attention should be paid to avoiding damage during use. For example, flexible plastic nozzles are prone to being touched and displaced, semi-rigid copper nozzles can be work hardened by repeated bending, and stainless steel nozzles have good rigidity but are not easily bent or deformed.
